For such a busy store, the staff were polite and helpful. No delays in the appointment and I was in/out very quickly. Currently nothing needs to be improved from the Opticians part of the store.

Nice warm greeting by Antigoni on the front desk who took me through the initial part of the eye test and then a perfectly good check-up with the optometrist.

The optician doesn't asked me what kind of contact lens I want to get. I want to get the coloured contact lens and the normal monthly contact lens but I wasn't told that I need to get a trial for both of them. Now I have to wait for a trial of the next. It would be easier if she told me in the first meeting, book appointment for both of them and book both of the lenses. What a waste of time having to wait more than I should.
